This is a very nice costume by Starline.  Red Riding Hood has a one piece dress with a zipper back and cute bows at the bottom. It includes a sexy chenielle cape with a tie hood.  The Bows on the hem of the skirt are.  The dress Lace's in the front give it a sexy appeal but there is a liner behind the laces so they stay laced evenly and do not gape open in one spot more then the other.  The skirt is flouncy and could be worn with or without a petticoat.  Top it off with a big sexy bow in the back.  Model is wearing a cotton petticoat which is not included.  (Basket and thigh highs are not included.)
