What will it say on my package?
We ship all items in plain boxes with a return address of NNN, Inc. for your privacy. International shipments or any shipments that must be processed through customs may have Naughty N Nice listed on the receipts and paperwork enclosed.

Will I get slammed with emails or receive junk mail?
This is the most important question you can ask! It is our promise that you will never receive any emails from Naughty N Nice unless you have asked for them or unless it is to confirm your shipment and/or ask any necessary questions regarding your order.  We have a newsletter but you would specifically need to subsribe to that to receive it.  Also the Newsletter has NO anatomical products or nudity on it.

Will I receive catalogs from Naughty N Nice?
At this moment we do not have a paper catalog.  When we have it finished Naughty N Nice will only send catalogs on request!

How do I know you will not sell my information to another company?
At Naughty N Nice we care about you!  We design, maintain, and control our website ourselves.  All of your information is protected and is only seen by qualified, top employees within our company! We do not compile mailing lists, nor do we work with any affiliate companies other than to ship and process your orders such as UPS and Federal Express.  Your Credit Card Company processor is the only one who actually sees your credit card number.  We only receive an approval code and the last 4 digits of your number.  If there is to be alterations to your charge it is all done through your Credit Card Company processor.

Can I check out without creating an account?
ABSOLUTELY!  If you choose to you may create an account to make it more convenient to check out next time and only have to fill in the payment information.  Or if you would like to subscribe to our newsletter, or participate in our upcoming customer loyalty program.

Is my Credit Card information safe?
Yes! We use the top standards in the industry with Verisign, Authorize.Net and GeoTrust to ensure the best security possible. All personal and credit card information is transmitted to your Credit Card Company and they inturn strip your number down to the last 4 digits before sending it on to us.  We abide by all PCI validation standards required to date.

In my Wish List, what does it mean to "share"?
When you create a wishlist you can check the checkbox "Yes, I want to be able to share my wishlist" it does not automatically publish your list. Your list will remain private until you click the link to share and copy the code to your facebook, twitter, myspace or such.
